Returns & Refunds Policy – Skin Moods

We want you to love your Skin Moods experience. Our Returns & Refunds Policy follows the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at skinmoodsbrand[at]gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate under the ACL. If the fault is confirmed to be ours, we’ll cover return postage costs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.

If you change your mind about a purchase, unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to:
